In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients like flour, corn starch, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Into the same bowl add the Mixture of water and oil along with vanilla essence.
Further mix it well in cut and fold method without the hand mixer.
Pour the batter into the baking tray. Top it up with roasted cashewnuts.
Pre - heat the oven @ 180°c and bake it for 35 mins.
Demould the cake once its completely cooled down.
Best served with hot chocolate milk.
